Please be sure to check your
cards when you are sent the email copy to check. Due to
unusual spelling of names, email addresses, Company
Names and URL's
we do not
guarantee the correctness of the spelling it is
your
responsibility to make sure your card is correct
before it is shipped. That is why we email you a copy to
check
and make corrections to.

We offer shipping by USPS which usually takes 3 to 4 business days depending on the destination. (PLEASE be aware that weekends are not included in delivery time.) Items ordered together are not necessarily shipped together. We will notify you if any item cannot be shipped within 5 days.
Placing Orders:
All orders placed before 11:00am cst time will ship the next
day. Any orders shipped after 11:00am cst will ship the
following business day.
Holiday Shipping:
There will BE NO REFUNDS for items delivered
late. The day the item is ordered is not counted as one day.
Please allow an extra day. All orders received after 11:00
am cst time will be processed on the following day. (Monday
through Friday) Do not count Saturday and Sunday when
determining time.
WEEKEND SHIPPING:
(IMPORTANT!)
We do not ship on the
weekend, except for special rush orders.
Misrouted Packages:
We are not responsible for incorrect information such as
shipping addresses that are sent to us. Please make sure you
send the correct destination address. We have to charge full
price to redeliver to any incorrect addresses.
Return Policy:
If for any reason your cards are incorrect, you
may exchange them or return them for a refund or credit
(minus shipping and handling). NO EXCEPTIONS!!
Returns or exchanges claims must be placed within 4 days of cards being received. Notification in writing via fax or email must be made within 4 business days of the cards being received. NO EXCEPTIONS!!
